I believe when you’ve followed an artist for a long time, you start to learn and understand their actual personality. To the rest of the world who only perceive at face value, they will always look at Jay and assume he’s cocky and arrogant. However, to Jwalkerz, we see it as is. If he treated the fans that meet him as though they were the only precious living thing on earth, to over exaggerate his appreciation for us standing by him, then we’d start to believe he’s given up on us and really only thinks about fame and money. In some ways, he’s similar to those of Shinhwa group. All six members are blunt but with gratitude and grace. Instead of praising the fans or giving false hope, they, instead, give fans words of wisdom. They treat fans as though they’ve known each other for awhile hence dropping the formalities and respond to them as they would to good old friends. It’s the same for Jay Park. What he’s done for his family, friends, and fans is worth more than gold. The value behind it all is priceless, you can’t put a tag on it.
That’s why there will always be JWalkerz just like there will always be SHCJ!
